Refunds & Returns

Accepted within 14 days of delivery. Buyer to cover return costs. Two shady eyewear recommend parcel tracking and insurance cover as we will not be held responsible for returned items lost in the post. 

The items must be returned in original packaging in undamaged and resaleable condition. Buyer to include name, phone number, email and order number upon return. Two shady eyewear will inspect eyewear to confirm they are free of damage, dirt, sweat and make up.

Once two shady eyewear can confirm the items returned are in resaleable condition, a refund will be issued within 48 hours. Items returned in worn, used or damaged condition and unable to be resold, will not be refunded.

Buyer will have the option to have the item returned at their own expense
